In-Class Training

Class	Description
Georgia MLS Pro	Learn to use the auxiliary listing database, GeorgiaMLS Pro which provides easy listing searches, list prices and sales history, powerful market and agent productivity statistics, and more. Learn how to customize your GAMLS website and empower your contacts with access to detailed listing searches and feedback tools. This hands-on class will help you gain a commanding knowledge of the real estate activity in your market area.
GAMLS List and Search	This is the hands-on RE/Xplorer 2 class that covers searching listings, printing and emailing listing data, uploading photos, and mapping properties. Students also work with the online street maps, tax records, and the online assessor's map to research properties. This class provides three hours of free real estate continuing education credits for licensees who are on time and complete the course.
Research Properties Using the CRS PowerTool	This free 2.5-hour hands-on Courthouse Retrieval System course will teach you how to use the valuable information found in public property record data to research ownership, sales data and property tax information. This hands-on class will help you master property record searching using a variety of parameters and learn to evaluate your results. Find out more about obtaining comparable property information and evaluating three available pricing models when preparing a listing presentation or sales offer. Learn to use powerful mapping tools to view and measure plats, view mapped color coded GAMLS and public sales data, identify owners and much more.
GA Dream Neighborhood Stabilization Program	A FREE 2-hour information session on the Neighborhood Stabilization Program is now available. Your owner occupant buyer can obtain $14,000 Georgia Dream NSP loan for a down payment or repairs in the form of a lien which is released over a five year period. Free money! Learn how this program can enhance your real estate business working with buyers and marketing REO listings. Session is presented by Cathy McDaniel, 2008 GREEA Educator of the Year.
Listing Input/MLS SWIFT	Course covers sending listings into REXplorer using the built-in REXplorer screens and also by using the MLS Swift Software.
SUPRA EKey Training	Learn to use the EKey to send and receive data from REXplorer as well as use the built-in Palm Features.
Instanet Contracts	Learn step-by-step how to use the Instanet GAR Contract forms website.
Member Website Setup	Learn how to customize your free Georgia MLS website for an agent, team or office.
