Quick Start
Before
you begin using the Instanet Forms, be sure
that you are using:
Next,
click Setup and Utilities and run the Pre-flight
Check to catch anything that may prevent
Instanet Forms from operating properly.
The pre-flight check will make recommendations
if necessary and once your web browser passes
the test, you can log into your account.
The
Instanet Forms main menu
The primary screen that greets the
user as they log in is the main menu. It
is from here you can start a new single
form, begin a forms transaction group, and
access other member services. You also have
access to the online help, live technical
support chat.
Where to begin? Single forms
or Form Transactions
Instanet Forms gives two choices for
completing forms online. The first, "Work
with an Individual Form" allows a user to
quickly start up a new form, fill it in,
save and print it. Single forms can also
be duplicated, emailed and/or deleted.
The second option,
"Work with forms Grouped by Transaction",
are started by filling in details of the
deal. These include the property information,
buyer/seller information and even data on
the brokers. Once this is filled out, forms
are 'added' to the transaction. As you add
forms, all of the information filled into
the detail is automatically input into the
form. This will allow you to begin a number
of forms with you data already there. Once
a form is added, you can then edit the form
to fill in the rest of the information.
Transactions can also be emailed (all forms
sent as a group), and/or deleted.
