The listings are the responsibility of the broker. When an agent tranfers to another broker, the former broker and the new broker must authorize the transfer.

  • If the expiration date needs to be extended to some point in the future, that change can be done online through REXplorer.

  • At the bottom of every listing in REXplorer, a hyperlink is provided to report any possible inaccuracies.

  • You can also contact the compliance department directly. (See below.)

  • I entered a listing in the wrong property type. How do I correct it?

The incorrect listing must be withdrawn. First, reenter the listing in the correct property type to receive a new GAMLS number. Then, immediately submit the Listing Withdraw/Transfer form.
