A: Your course must be completed within 180 days from the date of purchase or from the date of re-enrollment. A: To pass the exam and complete the course, you must make a score of 75% or better on the written course final exam. If you fail the course exam, you may retake the exam one time, no sooner than one day after failing it the first time. All testing must be completed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. You may review any course material as desired as preparation for retaking the exam. If you fail to achieve a passing score on a second examination, you must repeat all course instruction before taking another examination. A RE-ENROLLMENT FEE IS REQUIRED.

A: If you do not want to be connected to the Internet for the duration of the course, you should purchase the CD-ROM version (if applicable).
