Daily
reports are generated to monitor all aspects of
all listings. Compliance tools ensure the accuracy
and integrity of data – including duplicate listings,
incorrect statuses, and expired Projected Closing
Dates.
The
Georgia MLS Compliance Department is responsible
for monitoring listing data. Data integrity
within RE/Xplorer has always been a high priority
for GAMLS. Checking for duplicate listings, incorrect
statuses, and expired Projected Closing Dates
are just a few of the functions carried out by
the on-line auditors. Daily reports are generated
from which the auditors monitor all phases of
a listing's life. If the listing is out of compliance
with any of the GAMLS Rules and Regulations, it
is the auditors who notify the listing agent to
make the necessary changes. Adhering to strict,
but fair, listing guidelines insures relevant
and accurate data within RE/Xplorer. The information
stored within RE/Xplorer is very valuable and
confidential. It is our goal to insure that value,
integrity, and security are maintained.

The system will notify the listing agent and
the broker of a projected close date.
