CRS PowerTool
A comprehensive source of public record information from Courthouse Retrieval Systems, the CRS Power Tool makes finding public property information an easy task. Effectively evaluate 50 counties of tax assessor property data by using sales and mortgage information, interactive maps, a powerful comparable sales analysis feature, subdivision information, demographics, school reports, flood maps and more. Integrated with Georgia MLS listing data, members can identify whether a property is actively listed or has been sold through the service.
RE/Xplorer & RE/Xplorer 2
Re/Xplorer provides market knowledge for the real estate professional. Search available listings for buyers and renters. Find comparable properties for sellers. View listing data with photos, tax, map information that can be printed and sent as an e-mail.
TransactionDesk
From contact, to contract, to closing, Transaction Desk is a web-based real estate transaction and document manager. Integrated with the Georgia Association of Realtors® contract forms, users have the ability to create, monitor, and edit the forms and events pertaining to each of their transactions. Complete with unlimited incoming and outgoing fax capabilities, digital signatures via Authentisign®, and access to all documents from internet enabled smart phones, users can manage all aspects of their transaction in a paperless environment.
Georgia MLS Pro
Georgia MLS Pro is a members-only site that collects a variety of useful tools for the real estate professional under a single login. Users can easily search, view, print, and email all active and off market listings, as well as manage client portal access into their website. Compiling comprehensive statistical and graphical reports for agents and brokers on market conditions, Georgia MLS Pro also creates professional branded reports and flyers for consumer marketing.

Providing listing access via the iPhone, iPad, Blackberry and Android platforms, the Georgia MLS Mobile app allows users to search listings based upon location, view listing detail with photos, and conveniently find your way to the front door with turn-by-turn directions.
Website For Every Office and Agent
Guaranteeing a branded web presence, every member agent and office is provided with a professional and customizable website. Consumers can register for their own client portal and search the Georgia MLS active listing database, while members retain the listing leads and monitor their activity through back end reports. Agents and offices can customize their website with up to 99 pages of additional content.

Offering security, convenience, and recording capabilities, Supra's suite of products allows members the ability to conveniently access listings while ensuring security for selling consumers. Properties utilizing the Supra iBox can be accessed using the Active Key or the smart phone enabled eKey and eKey professional. Available for lease at our two locations between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, applicants must be active members of Georgia MLS and provide a picture I.D. or a valid Georgia Real Estate Commission pocket card.
