Retrieve Complete Property Listings . You have access to all listings in the Georgia MLS database. This includes over 100,000 active and over 1,000,000 off market properties across all types -- single family, condos, multi-family, land lots, commericial, acreage & farms. Search by street number, street name, subdivision, zipcode and the MLS listing number. Each listing includes the complete property description, listing agent and office information, agent remarks, directions, and showing instructions.

Find Comparables. For each listing, we provide a quick-search feature for locating active and recently-sold comparable properties within the same subdivision, elementary and high school districts, and zipcode.

Send Listings by Email. Email property information to your clients right from the cellphone! Your client receives an email message with a direct link to the complete listing at www.atlantamls.com

Lookup Contact information. Names, addresses and phone numbers with automatic dialing for every Georgia MLS member and Member Office.

Find Listings by Agent or Office. Once you retrieve a Member or Member Office, with one click, you can retrieve all properties listed by that individual or office.

What do I need to use the service? You need three things:

1. Cellular Phone Service. You need an account with a cellular company that offers Internet access along with voice calling. Not all cellular companies offer internet access, and those that do may offer internet access only as an enhanced service.



2. Cellphone with Browser Software. Not just any cellphone will work. You need a cellphone that has a web "microbrowser," a piece of software that lets you surf the Internet. Ask customer service at your cellular provider or check your cellphone user's manual.



3. Login Info. Georgia MLS will provide you with a unique UserID and PIN that you must have to log into the wireless website.

How do I access the Georgia MLS listings? It's easy. Turn on your cellphone. From the cellphone menu, select "Web Access." Using the cellphone key pad, enter the Georgia MLS wireless address into your phone: wap.gamls.com Be sure to bookmark this address to avoid having to key it in on subsequent visits. You will be greeted by the Georgia MLS Login screen. Key in your UserID and then your PIN.
